My experience at Vertu BMW Exeter could have been better because at the moment I’m not happy as no contact for the issues that should have been sorted on the first occasion of the repair and not doing what was listed on the sale sheet. I paid to have the vehicle paint treated but after returning and asking if the bonnet was re coated and assured it was to find the next time it rained clearly showed it had not been re coated very disappointed with virtu at the moment !
